I wanted to send you a sincere note of thanks for all you did to make our recent 60th Anniversary party on November 10th such a success. Thanks for answering a million and one questions, your ability to handle all of our changes, your sense of calm and your excellent sense of humor.
I’d also like tou to know how pleased we were with the performance of your staff. I know that some of them were new and “in training” and without exception, they did an excellent job. They went above and beyond in helping us set up the dining room and supplying anything we needed. Please let them know that they were appreciated.
We also received many compliments from the guest about how good the food was and how nice the atmosphere seemed. You can rest assured that when the occasion arises for the next party, we will certainly be back to book with LaScala. Thanks again for everything.

First I would like to say thank you very much for the absolutely wonderful wedding reception you provided for my husband and I for our wedding on May 14th, 2011. I grew up in the area and when you reopened at your new location I wanted to have my wedding reception there, but I was a little nervous at first not knowing or having heard from anyone on how it would be.
My concerns where surely not needed. I worked with Melanie from start to finish in planning the reception. I told her what I wanted or didn’t want and she helped make it possible. Everything from the menu to setup was planned with what I wanted in mind. We had alot of family coming into town for our wedding and I did my own flowers and centerpieces. I had asked if it was possible to get into the restaurant the night before to set up the centerpieces so we didn’t have to worry about it the day of. Melanie had told me they would if they could. We were able to, which helped out so much and I was very thankful. Melanie worked with the DJ and my cake decorator to coordinate times of their arrival and set up.
I was a happy bride the day of my wedding. The ceremony was perfect and when I stepped foot into the reception I was taken aback. Everything was setup exactly how we wanted it. All of the candles in my centerpieces were lit creating the romantic atmosphere that I wanted. It was beautiful. We had a buffet menu with cheese and crackers and veggie trays. We had salad with house dressing, bread, burgundy beef tips and chicken cordon bleu as our selected meats which were amazing. We had sides of pasta, glazed baby carrots, and roasted baby red potatoes.
The food was amazing and received so many compliments. The servers served the salad and bread to the tables. We thought that was a nice touch to not have to try and get a salad while trying to get your main dish from the buffet. They made sure everyone had a drink for our toast. They made sure we had everything we needed but at the same time it didn’t seem like they were there or in the way. They did a wonderful job of serving us and our guests.
My wedding day was perfect and my husdand and I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you did and how special you helped make our day.
